You can order it through the nearest LDS Family History Center. Or if you want to pay the cost, you can purchase it on CDROM from HeritageQuest. They have every roll of census microfilm copied to CDROM, and digitally enhanced to make them easier to read. The price is $19.95 each, plus shipping, and their numbers are the same as those on the films from the National Archives.
