Hi Robin, Sarah was a Morris ... Sarah Morris North. She married William North. Her father was Eleazer Morris and his wife was called Elizabeth. In this census, 1850, Eleazer is dead and Sarah is head of the household, with only a boy named Samuel (16) and Elizabeth Gotea, age 60. It occurred to me that Elizabeth Gotea might be Sarah's father's second wife (Elizabeth Gotea Morris) and that she was listed in the census using her maiden name.
