I have several William Thompsons in a Thompson book that my brother in law is working on. Wm Thompson died in 1774, his son Wm Thompson Jr., in 1739, m. Hannah Swinton, his son Wm Thompson III, no date of birth given but married a Lydia Singletary. I also passed this info to my brother-in-law, Joseph "Dean" Thompson, he may have more since this book.
