    2. Cheryl, HOG WASH! I called your number twice and was left dangling for 45 minutes each time without a live human being answering after the receptionist said she was putting me through to a billing person. The second time I called I told the receptionist DO NOT Hang UP until she had a living human being on the line, and a supervisor came on, and I told him my problem and he said he was unable to help me that I would have to hold the phone until a person from the Billing Office came on....again, I held the phone for 40 minutes (by the clock)....no one helped me. I have already got it in writing that you would remove my name from subscription to Ancestry.Com and not debit my account again, dated several weeks ago, but you have gone ahead and debited it again after issuing that e-mail (in writing). My judgement is based on many years experience in budgets, handling money, banking, etc. If you over-charge 200,000 innocent persons and keep their money (in my case, about $75.00) in your bank for 3 months, makes $15,000.000 you are keeping for your use and drawing at these low interest rates, let say 4% interest (simple, not compounded), you would make $600,000 for a year, but you are only using our for 3 months or a quarter of a year, which would mean you make $150,000 for a minor discrepancy of keeping some innocent soul's money for 3 months and then returning it, and calling it an oversight. Many large business manage their budgets by keeping salaries due on Saturday over until Monday instead of paying on Friday. But keeping poor innocent folk's money for three months is not a discrepancy....it is a willful act of deception. I have done all I can do.....Ancestry.Com must contact my Credit Card company and credit my account for the last $24.00. I still plan to send all my information to the Attorney General's Office for the state of Texas in Austin, and also, give copies of this to my Congressman who I understand that Congress are looking into misuse of selling over the Internet. You did not sign your name, and in the legal world, that is a no, no. If your are an honest person, you would gladly sign your name and attempt to reconcile a customer. Betty Rich Paxson
