I have many e-mails stating they have experienced the same problem. However, I have gotten advice that may resolve this problem. It is too bad that one at age 77 years old must be put in the position of fighting for misuse of your credit card. I know this will not go through as I have been blocked from the lines, but have talked to the Consumer Protection Dept. of the Attorney General's Office that wants a copy of all my e-mails to and from Ancestry.Com, and any other persons who have had this problem. I attempted to write Ancestry.Com a few minutes ago at Support@ancestry.com and my e-mail was rejected. Eldon, I appreciate your suggestions, but it just does not work for everyone. Betty Rich Paxson
