I'm researching the family of John Williams, b. 1762, who married Margaret McCorkle, b. 1768, in NC. Their son John, b. 1791 NC, married Mary Jones in Union Co., SC and moved to IL through KY with sons, Lemuel Rhodes Williams and Patrick McCorkle Williams, among other children.
