Greetings, I am researching the John BOYD line in Union County. Supposedly John BOYD arrived in Union District before the Revolutionary War with a land grant from King George the 3rd on Bushy Creek. Allen, my gggrandmother was Jocie Boyd. She married Warren Landreth, and somehow that name was changed to Landers. I don't know anything else really about her. she came from the area of Easley, Pickens, Dacusville, etc. SC. It seems like she had a brother Walker Boyd.
