Pat and Mickey, Thanks for the update on the possibility of marriage bonds in Union Co. and/or SC. I won't be able to get to SC anytime in the near future - does anyone know a researcher who could look in the county court minutes of Union Co. for me? If I could just find a marriage bond for Lydia Clanton and Joseph Moorhead with maybe Sion Clanton as the bondsman, that would come close to proving Lydia was of Charles Clanton's family. Sandra
