Frank has been doing research for many years. His fees are quite reasonable. Rates: $14.95 per hour Look ups are $10 for the first and $5 for each thereafter Copies are the same charge as LVA charges Mailing is 25 cents plus actual cost of postage Frank knows where to search at LVA for various records and is quick. Frank will travel to your county courthouse of choice if there is enough research to be done to warrant the trip. (Most county records are in LVA.)
