Dear Listers, Five days ago, I posted that "it appears that no one who is subscribed in list mode has received posts for some time." We have made multiple attempts to enlist Rootsweb's support to rectify this situation but have yet to hear from them. We deeply regret that so many of you are missing out on Wig list messages, so we have switched all our list mode subscribers to digest mode until list mode is fixed. We've also set digests to go out daily, so you'll see new posts as quickly as possible. We believe that list mode has been broken since at least January 12. If you're a list mode subscriber and haven't done so already, please browse our archives to see what you've missed. Check January and February via http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/index/SCT-WIGTOWNSHIRE/. If you think you've missed messages before mid-January, please browse further back to ascertain when you think you stopped receiving Wig list posts, and then report your experience to us privately at sct-wigtownshire-admin@rootsweb.com.
