Hi there, I am trying to trace my gr gr great grandfather William Wyatt "master mariner" who doesn't appear on the 1841 census with his wife Janet (40) Jannet (20) Elizabeth (10) and William (3) living at Sun Street Strannraer Wigtown..I did see his death in your Wigtown pages "William Wyatt aged 47 "master mariner" he has died in 1845 after a long illness...Any idea where he could have been between 1841-1845?? or where he was born:  I am assuming he may well have been at sea, but cant see him anywhere else..His wife Janet Brown can't be found after 1841, nor can I find a marriage between William and Janet Brown.  They had a son John Wyatt who I traced in 1823 Wigtown. He isnt on the 1841 as he is at sea (aged 12)   Many thanks Nancy Gibson
