"Canadian Government Labour Bureaus - it is officially announced that the Canadian Authorities have opened the immigration Labour Bureau in all parts of the country, notably (the in) the Eastern Provinces of the Dominion, in order to deal efficiently and rapidly with the great influx of emigrants of the labouring classes which is expected to take place. Happpily the labour conditions in Canada are of the brightest with demand for 60,000 men for railway construction purposes alone.
