The deceased was more than half a century a tenant farmer in the parish of Kirkcowan, where he was much esteemed for his kind and affable demeanour, his shrewd business habits; and his religious knowledge and zeal rendered him always a welcome visitor at the bedside of the afflicted. DEATH OF "BLYTHE JAMIE M'NAB" M'NAB, James - D8/6/1854 - Mr James M'Nab, printer, aged 60 years, expired on Sunday morning week at his residence, Morris Place. He was extensively known from his long connection with the newspaper press of Glasgow, and universally esteemed.
