Ritchie married Stranraer 22/10/1851. David Married Margaret Rankin 12/08/1882 It was Margaret's 2nd marriage - she married Alexander Edgar 27/11/1879 and had a son Alexander Edgar died in a fishing accident along with his brother-in-law. Margaret Rankin's parents were Richard Rankin and Sarah Armstrong married Stranraer. Sarah Armstrong parents were Robert Armstrong and Sarah McEwan. I have only just learned some of this information and need help to take this further. Stranraer, Port Patrick and a possible Irish connection.
