Hiya Jim There is a stone in Stoneykirk which was ererected by Hugh Hannay that mentions his relict Marion Kerr who died 12th July 1849 aged 90 years Kirmaiden has a stone errected by Captain Robert Kerr in memory of his wife Elizabeth who died in Drummore on 11th Feb 1854. Their daughter Marion Lamb who was born on the voyage from Bombay to London on 9th September 1851 and died at Drummore on the 2nd Feb 1853. Also in Kirmaiden there is a stone errected by Eward Kerr in memory of his wife Agnes Taylor who died March 14th 1853 Aged 60yrs. It goes on to list their chidren who died at various times and then Edward who died at Drummore 5th January 1859 aged 78 yrs. There is also a Margaret Kerr who was married to a William Todd. She died at Broompark Old Luce in 1868. She was born in 1777. It lists a lot of their children. William Todd died at Drummore in 1863. The other Kerrs listed are not within that time scale.
