The short answer is yes. I have found OPR entries at ScotlandsPeople that were not available from FamilySearch.org. Whether that happens for everyone, I could not say. I ran into the problem when hiring LDS films for BEW and ROX counties, found that on the films were not only the wanted events cited in the OPR Index, but also closely connected events for the same families which were NOT in IGI nor OPR IDX. Golden rule- get off the internet often, and do some searching in REAL libraries, to see what ain't in the VIRTUAL libraries.
