Hi Joan, Nice of you to write. This ancestor Helen KERR was born about 1785 either Stoneykirk where she married or some other parish She married David NEIL in 1801 in Stoneykirk.. Her parents were Niven KERR and Janet McGAIG which was on her death certificate.. Also I picked up a Niven KERR married to Jean MCCAY and they had a daughter Helen chr 26 May Stoneykirk, and wondered if this was her parents. There was no sign of any other children to this couple.
