M'CLYMONT, Alexander - D22/7/1855 - At Newton Stewart, on the 22d ult., of consumption, Mr Alexander M'Clymont, tailor, a young man whose early demise is much regretted. JAMIESON, James - D17/5/1855 -Drowned at sea, on the 17th May, from on board the "T?????? (Brocklebank)", in a hurricane in the Bay of Bengal, James Jamieson, grandson of the late Mr Jamieson watchmaker, Newton Stewart. KENNEDY, Mary - D27/7/1855 - At Kirkstyle Cottage, St. Johns, Dalry, Stewartry of Kirkcudbright, on the 27th ult, in her 98th (96th) year, Mrs Mary Kennedy, relict of the late David Kennedy, Esq, Knockmalling. M'NISH, Mary - In the WFP D2/8/1855 - At the residence of her son, John, Moss Cottage, Rusholme, Manchester, Mary, spouse of the late George M'Nish, builder, formerly of Gatehouse, aged 72 years. HOPE JOHNSTONE, Charles - D17/6/1855 - At Rio de Janeiro, on the 17th June, Lieut. Charles Hope Johnstone, Royal Navy.
