I'm looking for the parents of Elizabeth McCraken. She was born 1727, Clachanmore, Wigtown, Scotland and died 23 Jan, 1781, Laigh Dirgoals, Wigtown, Scotland. I apologize upfront if I have spelled any of the towns wrong, I'm going off of some information from the family. Elizabeth McCraken is the daughter of Thomas McCraken, she married Thomas Leach and at some point before 1753 came to Massachusetts, USA. Where they had a son Andrew and then went back to Scotland.
