Meg here - I have a hunch Robert BROWN was a Fireman with the Grand Trunk Railway. My relative came from Canada to the US on the G. T. Ry. I looked for ages for a ship named the G. T. Ry only to stumble across his entry card into the US....it was the Grand Trunk Railway.
