I believe Janet may have married William BYERS, Ag. Labourer, around or at least 1840, more than likely before this, I have been unable to find anything to back this up, or deaths of the couple. It also states on Roberts death rego. in Australia 1876 that he was born Stonykirk, Wigtownshire and his parents were William & Janet BYERS nee Sharp.
