Hello Listers, Recently a Baptism record came in to my possession that says, James McClure and Sarah McClung had a son baptised James at what really looks like "Lefpraig? or Lelpraig?" This unrecognised location would be close to Penninghame or Whithorn area as this is where my ancestors once lived in the 1778 timeframe. Can anyone possibly identify the name or similar as being a familiar place name in the general area please? Perhaps it was a farm name?
