I think it's very possible - all spellings are approximate and so it might be found as Clelland, Cleland, Cleilan, Clellan, Cleiland.. Isabella could be a possibility too - though Sibilla, Sibela, Sibyl were all known names. 'Seabellow' would seem to be a creative spelling by the parish clerk.
