Looking for birth/baptism information of MATILDA MCNEEL (McNeil) born Whithorn about 1798 (1881 Scotland census) daughter of Stewart McNeel and Agnes Camlin, married Henry Turner and died at Low Ersock 2nd April 1882 aged 84 years (inscription St.Ninian's Old Churchyard, Whithorn). THOMAS MCNEEL brother of Matilda who was born about 1795, went to Jamaica about 1820's where he married Bathia Barclay from Aberdeenshire on the same day and church as his sister Matilda.
