In an inventory to a testament written in 1880, a Master Plasterer, John Justine MACKENZIE of Golspie, was owed £140 for 'the balance due for plaster work executed by him on the order of William FOWLER, Architect, Golspie, at Lord Fitzhardinge's Lodge at Lairg'. The total estate was only £220. Is this the Lairg Lodge marked on the current maps of the area? Anyone help? Christine --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
