Hi Does anyone have any information on Mackays in Skerray? Looking for the birth of Angus MACKAY, born circa 1769 and George MACKAY, born 1765. George is definitely a son of Angus MACKAY and his wife Isabella. Trying to determine if Angus is his brother. Anyone help? Christine, I just received some more Mackay information from a distant MacKay relative. In his information he says that Angus MacKay and married Isabel MacKay whose father was killed at Culloden. It also states that George and Isabel had sons George, William, Angus and Charles. There are no birthdates stated.
