Dear Franklin, I am looking for Mathesons from Pictou County. As I am a "newbie" to this I still need to get the birth date of my Great Grandfather James W. Matheson probably born between 1865-1880 and married Christina Frazer (or Fraser). My grandfather Clifford E. Matheson was born in 1907 in Poplar Hill Pictou County.I seem to have more information on my Grandmothers side the Falconers as I found a small box of photos.
