    3. Hi List, I've recently received a photocopy of my John McMILLAN's christening - Durness, 1816. [through a fellow-researcher who got it from their local LDS Family History Centre - fairly scratched film by the look of it] father Ewan is a shepherd Annuboll - or it could be Sinuboll ! It is definitely NOT Erriboll. All versions of Erriboll on the page are clearly discernable. The first letter may have been overwritten which is why it's hard to tell what it is. The ..uboll are clearly that. The previous year when Ewan married Flory McKAY he lived at Shinness, then was a foxhunter & shepherd. Any thoughts? could it be a property name? 3. Arnaboll is on the west side of Loch Hope. Arnaboll is one of the Durness burial grounds, and having trekked there to find Lachlan Ross's grave I can assure you it's in the middle of nowhere - but the views over the loch are stunning!! I can e-mail you a picture if you want.
