    3. Hello again, (As promised for Dick Murray) This afternoon, we traveled to the farm of Allan and Jane Murray. He is the great grandson of James Murray, the founding family member of their farm, now known as Island View Farm. They took us to the family grave yard where we had been years ago. Some of the wall has fallen and the Murray family is in the process of restoration. As was asked earlier about missing stones, this site of about 40 feet square has over 20 burials and yet only four or five stones visible. The stone for the first Murray is "James Murray, 1824-1907 of Jetbordugh, Scotland." Unless I am mistaken, they were trying to spell Jedburgh, Roxburgh county, Scotland. Some others may provide guidance. The IGI site shows a James MUrray, 1825 to John Murray and Margaret Clerk. Does this help?
