I do not have full details but I understand that 'Headquarters' papers have been transferred to Stafford and some Scottish material transferred to Edinburgh. The NLS kept photocopies of the material sent south. From the point of view of those of us based in Scotland the material sent north is not that interesting: it includes rentals already in the Scottish collection. But people in England will not longer be able to consult the rentals at Stafford - copies not having been made. Malcolm Dundee, Scotland
