Hi List, I was checking some passenger lists to Victoria, Australia and came across this entry that may be of use to some one. Hugh MCKENZIE age 38, wife died on passage (not named) and children Mary age 13, Betsey age 10 and Alexander age 7. Hugh's 'calling is Ag Labourer and religion is given as Presbyterion and he can neither read nor write. This info was from a microfilm of Assisted Passages to Victoria, ship's name is 'Cambodia' and from memory arrived c 1850's. There is also inormation about who the immigrant was to be employed by but I didn't realise that until I taken this info down but I will be happy to get the rest if anybody claims this family.
