I have just received from the National Archives of Canada the military record of Benjamin Bell GRAY, the great grandson of Alexander GRAY and Lucy MACKENZIE of Creich: he served with the Canadian Expeditionary Force in WWI, and was killed in action at Vimy Ridge in April 1917.
