Have to be honest here and say that a) I forgot this one and b) time will not allow me to do anything further until we catch up! Now, as the cookbook was a really good idea what about a volunteer to gather up all those old Scottish recipes to form the POSH COOKBOOK. If someone will take this project on we will print it and distribute it. Could be good fun for a willing volunteer - gather recipes around the world - cooking from the old homeland? All those things our Scots grannies taught us - develop it into a fun, useful book. Over to you.
