    3. Hi I remember reading in the newspaper last year about a bowling club in Melbourne whos members decided to sell their greens which were prime real estate. They changed their mind when it was found that James Munro the former Premier of Victoria had given them the land but inserted a clause that if the land was ever sold the money was to go to his descendents.
