I remember "Wemyss" visiting his homeland when I was a small boy. To extend on Isabellas point about Cavaick (various spelling as is so often the case in the Highlands) being close to Brochrobbie and Badnellan is correct. Brochrobbie was generally seen as the area below Cavaick close to the river. The most easterly house in Badnellan is just above Cavaick.
