    3. Hi Mary See if we can make it simple. It always sounds so difficult but it isn't. The way I do it: Put the list address in your address book and call it something simple - I use "Suth list" Address is SCT-SUTHERLAND-L@rootsweb.com Now, to send a new message to the list just open a new message as you would normally and at To: just type 'Suth list' Your address book will sort it out from there. To answer a message to the list: Choose REPLY TO ALL Look at the address which comes up in To: you will see the name of the person who sent the message, click on this and delete. This will leave only the address of the list. Write your message and press send. Please feel free to test this by trying it out. Just put testing and we will all know what you are doing. If you have any further problem let me know. Sometimes I "Reply All" and my own message comes back to me (as I would expect) - but sometimes not! Also, how do I initiate a new message to the group. So far, I am using "Reply All" even if it's not a reply. thanks, Mary Young --- Incoming mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
