Hello list. I cannot find family or siblings of my William Mackay/McKay who died in Lerwick 1839, possibly born around Dec 1789, but may be earlier than that. Naming pattern might suggest that his father was David Mackay. Ring a bell anywhere? Gee I hope so!! John McKay
