I too would love to hear what others do as I still feel "so green" at my knowledge collection and storage. Must have a better look at Legacy - maybe I am missing something ! When I see names even remotely interesting now I am saving - just incase it becomes a lead at some later stage. I have created an Excel spreadsheet for this purpose and find it makes things easier when doing a search. Pam >>> <Epaxton@aol.com> 04/15/03 02:12pm >>> As I build up my records and data, I'm looking for advice/comment as to how others store theirs. I presently use the freeware from Ancestry.com and Legacy to keep my 'tree' up to date, but how does that compare with other systems? Does anyone have Family Tree or other systems? Is it good or better than the freeware? I've recently managed to obtain lots of family pics from cousins, so I eventually want to have some stored with my tree. Any views on that?
