Their children were Catherine, Robert and Isabella. Both families emigrated to Oxford Co., Ontario, Canada, about the same time (1832-1834). Any help will be greatly appreciated. Ron Patrick: Unless a connection can be shown between your Robert Calder and our John Calder, I cannot say that Robert Calder is related to our family. We are hoping because of the timing of birth (Robert 1800, John 1801) and location (both in Sutherland) that there may be a connection. Do you know who Robert's parents are?
