    3. Marlene I tried to email you back regarding my Grahams, but the email address [email protected] was returned. Would you please contact me again if you need any further info. My mysterious Grahams are as follows: Thanks for your info on the Grahams - they are the bane of my existence! I have the following: Alexander Graham born around 1808/9 Elizabeth (Bell) Sutherland born Doll, Clyne around 1793/6 married at Clyne on 13 Feb 1829. Children: born in Doll, Clyne Catherine born 31 mar 1830 George born 26 Mar 1837 ( this is my husbands g grandfather, so have his marriage etc.) Alexander b 1840 The family came to Australia on the Marco Polo in 1852. I have not been able to find any definite record of Catherine, Alexander Snr and Jnr. and I have a possible death of Elizabeth in 1877 - but all the death certificate shows is "widow of Alexander" and born "Sutherland Scotland" In the 1841 census of Clyne Alexander Snr was listed as being local, but in the 1851 census he was listed as born in "I" for Ireland! Do you know where your Donald came from? I haven't found too many Graham's in Sutherland - perhaps there is a relationship? But it is very hard to find!! Will keep your info on file - just in case. If you find out anything about the Grahams in Sutherland, please let me know. Alison Graham ------------------------------------------------------ InterNet Australis http://www.australis.com.au/
