I've been searching for information on John Milroy who was living in Kelso at the time of his death on April 2, 1856. He died of a fracture to the skull causing instant death at the turnpike road, Maxwellburgh, but was living at Beaumont Street, Kelso, at that time. He was born in Kirkcudbright in 1819. He had two children that I know of, and he was a widower. Is it possible to have a lookup done in the 1851 census for Kelso or maybe an MI? His death reg states he was buried at the Churchyard of Kelso. Thank you for any help anyone can give me in this.
