Hi I have recently come back from a holiday where I stayed in Byrness near Otterburn. The family I stayed with had a book that I would love to find a copy of but it is out of print now. Despite hunting high and low for it whilst I was there I couldn't find a copy to buy. It is called the Story of Redesdale by Beryl Charlton. It was published in 1998 by the Northumberland National Park Authority and the ISBN is 0907632157. It is only a slim paperback but very informative. If anyone can help me locate a copy I would be extremely grateful. Cheers Lesley --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Hi Borders Books has been tried already. My friends did say they were going to ask Beryl Charlton if it's going to be re-released so to speak. Whilst we were at Rochester we were told that we were the third lot people asking for the book that week. It would be good if it were republished as it was very informative. Thanks for all of the other suggestions which I am following up but with little success so far. Thanks Lesley > > It is called the Story of Redesdale by Beryl Charlton.
