It is located immediately northwest of the now dismantled North British Railway, and 1.4 mi northwest of the Minto Parish Church. It is about half way between Hassendean and Standhill on the RR and very close to a location called Clockerhall on the south. It appears to be spelled Mintokaims on the old OS map. It is also on the current version of the OS Landranger Series Sheet 79 spelled Minto Kames. I'm not sure how I messed it the first time, but I did. Don
