Hi I have had no mail from any of the Rootsweb lists I subscribe to for over 4 weeks. I have emailed Rootsweb and some of the list mums. They say I am still subscribed to all lists. My ISP can't find anything wrong at their end, but do admit a test on their part revealed they can receive Rootsweb mail on a hotmail account, but not through their server. They do not know why. Meanwhile I have no list mail. My other genealogy lists are fine. Their mail is getting through. Can anyone suggest why this could be so? My ISP says if they had a bounce error message it would help, but there doesn't seem to be any problem for Rootsweb to send it as there are no bounce/error messages. What do I do now? Frankly, no one seems to give a care that I can't get my mail. I know the archives are there but I can't check the mail of 60 lists that way every day. Thanks Judy
Hello Judy Received this ok :) Can I suggest (hoping you get this ) that you check your email junk filter. Mine played up and had put all messages into junk.
