They had the following children:- Robert b.1858 in Crailing Tofts, Archibald b.1860 in Crailing Tofts, Margaret b. 1863, Walter b. 1865 in Oxnam,Hannah b. 1871, John b. 1873, Jessie b. 1874 in Downham, Carham, Nothumberland, William b. 1876 in Northumberland, Mary B. b. 1879 in Northumberland, and Elizabeth b. 1882 in Northumberland.
