    2. I have family, Young, Hall, Tennant, who left this area in the late 1828's and settled in Chateauguay, Quebec. They are found in North Georgetown. I have located their graves and the names of their children. In the case of the Young family I amazingly found one who lives nearby in California. I am assuming it was the economy or the desire for land that caused them to leave but am curious to know how they knew what would be waiting for them, where they left from and where they landed. If you find any information, I would be interested.
