I also purchased the above captioned discs from Salt Lake City. I found it completely useless -- even ancestors accessed on the Family History Center pages were NOT recorded on the discs. If I am not using this tool correctly, I wish some kind person would help me. I should also mention that I tried to return it and was told it was not returnable, even in original packing. Mesa, Az.
