Dear Jacqui, the only info i have on my grandmother is printed on my mothers birth/cert so here it is. Mary Beggs Kerr Nelson Square Wishaw and that was back in may the 4th 1924, my mother was born Bessie sutherland kerr november 29th 1920 at Omoa house cleland,so as you can see thats all the info i have on her. My mother was either fostered or adopted as she had later on in life a couple of other sir names after Kerr it was Mcalpine then Rankin, i dont know of the first name for the Mcalpine but the Rankin was Harry, I cant even tell you when Mary passed away, So as you can see i dont have much to go on. Then mum married my father Alexander Fleming on the 24th october 1941. I hope you can any help in that lot, but iam starting think mary aws from anther planet as i have hit a brick wall.
