Hi there, Unless I am much mistaken James Caldwell died before between 1833 & 1838 and Janet Hutchison remarried Robert Malcolm in 1838. In 1841 Census they can be found living in George Street, Paisley (but Janet's name has been altered looks like Mary) also living with them are John Caldwell b Abt 1826, Janet b Abt 1827, James b Abt 1829 & William b abt 1833. They show up again in the 1851 Census although Janet has gone. I have managed to trace William's family forward a bit and I have the details somewhere but to date I have found no trace of John, James or Janet.
