I might be pushing it on this one - if it's not too much trouble to lookup Honora (possibly Nora) SMITH? She would be about 5 years old in 1841. Parents were James SMITH and Elizabeth JAAP. The only sibling I've found so far is a brother Robert SMITH born about 1838. They were in Bridgeton Glasgow by 1856, so I don't know if they would still be in Paisley for the 1851 census.
